He sent me a card

Got home from work early today and checked my mail. There was a card in my mail ( no return information ). I opened it....it was from him. My heart stopped.

The card read this:

On the front of the card: " Good luck to you" written underneatn a bunny holding a olive leaf branch.

Insdide the card : it reads...May the future hold not only dreams come true and much success But all that means the most to you and gives you happiness.

And then he personall wrote this in the card:

" Thank you for everything you gave to this relationship and everything you tried to do for me. I am sorry I could not be the man to fulfill your hopes and dreams"

And he also included inside the card one of the professional pictures we had taken a few weeks ago while we were vacationing in the Dominican for his birthday.

Reading and seeing this ripped my heart out! Seeing that picture and how happy we looked just made me so sad. Why did he have to send this to me. I have been struggling so bad with trying to erase the memories from this recent vacation. This has been so hard! I feel like I take 3 steps forward and then something happens to push me 10 steps back emotionally!!
Just so tired of crying and feeling this pain....
