Hyperdontia

Hi, my child is suffering from Hyperdontia. She is having extra teeth. The extra teeth came to my notice, when he started losing her baby teeth. But this tooth has erupted in front of the gumline. The extra tooth is between the front upper central incisors. This extra tooth is dysmorphic and tuberculate. Because of this extra teeth, he has speech issues. Her speech is not clear. Due to too many teeth in her mouth, her facial appearance is not normal. When I told this to my friend she suggested a children's dental clinic in Toronto ( https://www.dawsondental.ca/dental-services/pediatric-dentistry/ ). I planning to remove these extra teeth. Will there be any complications involved in removing the tooth? Is there any problem if we don't remove the extra tooth? Please help me out.
