Having trouble posting and replying - tech issue?

I'm sorry I'm not sure where else to reach out for tech help. I just wanted the website host to know that there is a recurring problem with posting and replying. It will show that I am logged in, but does not give me the option to reply. When I select "Login" to enter my credentials, it will display a red message saying I'm not authorized to post or reply. I'm pretty persistent, so I continue to try to Login in various Forums or parts of the website, or my profile (all reporting I'm already logged in) until I finally get a green message announcing my last login time. That's usually the sign I can then reply or post.
Sometimes I can return to the Forum I want and succeed at the reply ... sometimes I can't. It seems to be consistent when using my phone or my desktop computer. Hope that is somehow helpful or informative. This website is such a resource and an asset for people in need of this kind of support and outlet.
