Please help!!!

One year before, I approached a dental clinic for getting dental implant treatment. They told me that I was suffering from gum recession, a condition in which the tissue surrounds the teeth migrates away. If it goes untreated, can cause damage to supporting bone and ultimately result in tooth loss. So they prescribed a gum tissue graft treatment for me. It is a surgical procedure to rebuild and regenerate gum tissue. But at that time, I was not able to bear the surgical expenses. So I didn't consult them again. Now I am experiencing some gum problems and I would like to consult a dentist. But I want to consult some other clinic for this treatment. One of my friends suggested me a clinic nearby High Park having experienced dental professionals( http://www.bloorwestdentistry.ca/team_doctors.php ). I am going to take an appointment there. But before taking the treatment, I would like to know how long it takes to complete my tissue graft treatment. Is it possible to undergo implant treatment after this surgery? Please help me with your valuable replies.
