(the clear winner, perhaps because he's most recent in the news cycle. Woods is currently in sex addiction rehab, but we all know rehab can't cure his Narcissism. Odds are - he'll do it all again)

(Kate divorced this guy, he's already broken up with his "soulmate" and moved on to a new "soulmate." Deeply in debt and still seeking attention)

BARACK OBAMA - 22%
(Many pundits feel his narcissism is bringing his presidency and effectiveness down. Democrats are not happy with him and many have left the party)

PETER COOK - 7%
(Christie Brinkley's ex won't follow the visitation order and continues to drag poor Brinkley back to court over HIS behavior. Alexa Ray Joel, Brinkley's daughter with Billy Joel, was the most recent target of his vitriol when Cook blamed Brinkley for Alexa's overdose. Alexa's marvelous response? "Consider the source." AMEN)

(Hayden was an early 2009 contender from The Bachelorette. Widely hated by the contestants he became a target for viewers when he revealed he was only on the show to promote himself and his music career.)
