Book about Co-Parenting with a Narcissist

Has anyone found a book about how to co parent with a narcissist. I would love nothing more than to cut off contact with this prick, but I can't. We share a 2 year old son. I have started reading The Path Forward and WOW!! it was written about my life. BUT, I need more help with regard to how to parent with this kind of sick person. Please help!!
