Do you think this is it?

There have been plenty of times in 3 years that we stopped talking, that he would ignore, that he would do something awful and I would contact him, or like the last time recently he contacted me after 6 days asking if I am still mad. Stupid me, replied not knowing that he's warped at this point. It has been almost a week and no peep out of him since I told his ass off. Perhaps I am in the clear? He uses silent treatment as punishment...... really though I'm thinking that maybe if I don't crawl back like I always do that he just won't either.

Experiences of contact by the N out of nowhere when you thought you had the all clear? Stories of hoovering and not falling for the hoovering? What was the outcome of ignoring them at that point?
