having a really over whelming urge to contact my ex. :(

Had to turn to u guys coz having a moment, went to a domestic violence course today it was called be free stay free. In the class we had to talk about how u felt when someone betrayed a secret that u told them... I said how when i got back with my ex, i told a friend who told my sister and that was it none of my family would speak to me in over 2 years it was horrible, lost all my family and friends and felt so alone. Then if i ever saw my sister out any where she would make nasty comments and be really cruel and i would just have to go home. Anyway im not sure if this has brought up feelings of sadness at how horrible the situation was or im just tired but today i just really miss him, so much the person i thought he was im so desperate to reach out to him, i no it sounds crazy i just love him so much, or i am addicted to him so much! Ah had to just come here and vent so i dont tx him or ring him or break my limited contact. This is so so hard :-( been feeling quite strong recently aswell xxx
