help just got a strange email

Hi,i just got a very strange email...the sender was a person with her name and his name @ hotmail .com...it was only a link to click on...i didn't,but found the email adres at the header...i deleted it...and i wenyt to a site to validate the email adres and is a valid one! i am nerveous,all kinds of thoughts going through my head...the name on the email was a name i remenber him talking about a bipolar tennant that had a very clean house where he works at as an utility worker...i am tempeted to ask him about it...help.

I got an e-mail from an old N, recently. Nearly 10 years later, this ignoramus is still trying to bait me. I forgot about him. Can you believe it? They NEVER go anywhere with themselves. He must've finally run out of supply. I had a good chuckle, and remain NC. I hope you'll choose to remain NC, too, so we can laugh together, when N comes fishing back around again. The best chance he has for hooking you now, is by confusing you into communicating. Don't bite.

I am soooo glad you deleted it! I remember in the beginning after the D&D, I got all excited when I got a text or an email and when I opened it, you might as well have taken a knife and turned it in my stomach. Every now and then I want to remove the block from my email and see what he will send and what he will say, and all I have to do is imagine opening it and seeing a picture of him and the OW or seeing a text litany of him sarcastically relaying how naive I was and how he snowed me, followed by every instance of cheating, lying, duping, etc. Suddenly, I not only want to keep the block on, I want to figure out how to delete the damn email address, move out of the country, go into the Witness Protection Program, change my name and have a boob job and face lift and...oh wait a minute, okay, got carried away there. ;)

open.. my EX Narc got a new email address so I wouldnt know it was him, so I opened and wished I hadnt, it set me way back...I was doing so good with 3 months of NC under my belt..now I feel like I am starting over....then you are in for more degradation and abuse...and the longer it will take you to get that worm virus outta your brain...STAY STRONG>>>NO CONTACT!!! It does not matter if it is him or you initiating contact...stay away...;please. for your own mental health...you will be fine and on a good path to healing....

I did deleted it...to be true i am thinking more in the fashion that would be a woman that sent me that...it was a name sarathen Narcs name @ yahoo.com...i did oen the email and was a highlited link,but i did not clicked...i deleted.Thanks

Yep,my in my chinese horoscope i am an Ape...very curious,but what i do not know,won,t hurt me...i am a changed person...Contact+pain.but my head is spinning a bit...well it will pass.I am NC for 2 months and i will stay that way...HUGHS
