I feel a hoover coming on

well today one of my bestfriends was telling me a mutual friend of ours and my ex, was asking about my whereabouts and what I was doing in life, like etc, now this mutual friend I cut ties with because of their own unhealthy habits and they also was bringing me, and the biggest reasoning behind cutting contact is they are a direct link to my ex, I told my bestfriend not to leak any info to that mutual friend, because I know that person is running back telling my ex the info, because this person and I don't speak so the only concern they have isnt a good one. but my best friend handled the situation correctly, but I am feeling like I am having a mini spin session. thanks for listening guys
