Nc for almost two weeks

And yes after he came by unexpectedly I now feel like I'm spinning. It was all to much and I am doing so well. He was out of town for three months and he is back. Suddenly back to see his son. I told him no more stopping by period. E mail me ( he refuses). I wouldn't have answered the door if my sister wasn't over getting ready to leave for a really important appointment . So now I find myself thinking of him and wanting to talk to him. I won't break the huge progress I've made!! I will be strong and continue the healing. I also had been hanging around another male. We went on a date, nothing happened. But after my last post I realized I wasn't even ready for that , and I told him we shouldn't be friends. Ughhhh why do they come back right when you are doing so incredibly well?
