Oh my God.... are they all this inappropriate??

Haven't been on for a bit.... but life is going great. Moving out has been fantastic,... started dating again....and just generally enjoying my home, friends, family and life. Anyway... with father's day being Sunday my daughter was going to have lunch with the ex (he's not her real father but raised her since she was 6 even though he was not a very nice guy). So anyway, I told her I didn't want her over at his home alone... to take her b/f with her. (not sure why I felt this way, but obviously the mind knows things). So they were suppose to have lunch on Saturday...he texted her on Friday night to make sure they were still going... she is 22 and was out with her friends so she didn't text him back until around 3am (this would make 3am Saturday morning). So she texts him and he texts her back saying "what are you doing up at 3am?" She tells him she was out and stuff then says "what are YOU doing up at 3am". Now here's were it gets completely freaking creepy.... he texts her back "getting drunk and thinking about you. Do you want to come keep me company?"... WTF is that??? how creepy and inappropriate is that? Needless to say, she never even responded... and did NOT bother to visit or have lunch with him Sunday. I have a strong suspicion she may just avoid him altogether now. Has anyone else experienced the NARC just having no clue the inappropriatness of their actions, words and behavior. I mean how creepy is that???
