Reasons for unequal division of marital property....

I'm having a blast filling out my Interrogatories for the stbxnph and his attorney.
I wanted to see if you guys could give me some creative input on this question.
The stbxnph is a predator, pursued me whilst married, swooped me up in his big strong arms, promised me the world and everything in it, spoiled my two sons.......
got tired of his old toys, then being the predator np he is, found an old supply, broke up her marriage of 28 yrs and dumped us cold.....with a fraudulent pre nup....I might add.
I've been a stay at home Mom for 22 years, and he doesn't want to give us anything, much less pay for school.

QUESTION: What reasons do you have that make you believe you are entitled to an unequal division of marital property in your favor????????????????????????????????????????????

Have at it............
I'm sure my clever cohorts have a few good ones!

any thing he paid for for HIMSELF? ask "who paid for?" and lots of "how did you contribute to the home?" type questions... anything that rocks his DELUSIONAL REALITY! ~~~~~~~~~ Repetition does not transform a lie into the truth. - Franklin D. Roosevelt Coaching for Victims of Pathologicals

LOL

Just got done with this fun task myself. I will have to dig up some of mine and share them. My lawyer added some zingers, herself. Called his job a "hobby" because it doesn't pay and it's only one day a week, stuff like that. I like the example you gave. One thing I learned is that it's ok to ask the same question a number of ways (particularly for requests for admissions) because it might scare up a slightly different response. How about... "Would you like fries with that?" My STBXNH got snide in his responses. Actually could not resist assuming a defensive tone and trying to retaliate by way of his response. It's a DOCUMENT, dude... restraint is sort of built in to the equation. So... have fun and enjoy his responses!

don't know where you are....

but this is an EQUITABLE distribution state.....not an equal distribution state....mitigating factors are the financial status of the parties...but another HUGE mitigating factor is the BEHAVIOR or the parties during the marriage..... you should use all the ammo you've got...infidelity...emotional, verbal abuse...physical abuse if you suffered any...and of course DECEPTION......
