Seeing the Narc with his new girlfriend

I'd had a really good. Week of doing positive things until I saw the Narc and his new girlfriend. He looked so happy holding her hand as they crossed the road. I felt sick and deep sadness of which I've come onto this sight to read more to help get my strong head back on. I just wish I could get him out of my head permanently but I can't ...he always there....not too far away ready to pounce back in my head. I really hate what him and his children did to me. I hope I can be fully happy again one day. Thankyou for this wonderful site.....
