Update....I'm still NC!

I am so happy today today that I'm still NC! I didn't think I could make it through yesterday without responding to narcette.....I can't tell you how much it helped me to be here and have your support. You gave me strength and encouragement and it pulled me through. I ended up stayng away from my computer and phone and all things NARC for a while.....distracted myself and spent time with my family which really helped as well.
I hope I can return the favor at your time of need.....

Great work! You knew you were vulnerable and you shored up your support. That is great! I am so happy for you and proud of you! I know you will be glad you have gone through the pain to free yourself of a person who is a master manipulator and who I believe saw your vulnerabilities when your friendship deepened and took advantage of that...and that's not a very nice person! kg, I'm glad you posted this. I know it will help others who may be hoovered. Way to stay strong. It will pay off. Big hug, kg! Sincerely (think I've finally stopped) spinning!!!
