Value of no contact

1. Empowerment. NC is your chance to finally set a boundary and say "no more!" I spent 6 months crying and begging for crumbs. To finally demonstrate I'm worth so much more feels wonderful. The message is "I am so much stronger than you ever imagined" and "I'm good without you".

2. Eliminates CD. I came here questioning everything. I didn't want to believe. I found my way here but still couldn't abandon my denial. Today I see everything with clarity. He was textbook, and only through the support of members and moderators here, and No Contact, was I able to gain clarity. To see and accept the truth. And my cognitive powers have returned! I can think, make decisions, and read again!

There are more gifts that come with NC. But this is where I am at day 91.
