why don't i learn

I was at limited contact, he texts me once a day, just friendly (so i thought) stuff, i blew up in him and called him a user, and people will see him got what he is and that i pitied him, and how could he discard me AGAIN after he promised never to do that. And he didn't respond all night to any of my ten messages, i panicked and called him 5 times, no answer. Omg i think i really messed up and he won't talk to me anymore. I haven't slept and now have seperation anxiety badly. Please help =( i feel like my world is crashing. What do i do now that i made a fool of myself!?
