Workplace bullies and power

a while back I posted about an encounter with a female workplace bully who managed to succeed in sabotaging my employment contract. Fast forward to now, new contract, all was going well until I discovered she has recruited a male ( to which I know she slept with) who happens to be working on the same contract as me, to continue to bully me and try to have me terminated. In essence she is trying to ruin my credibility so she can get my contracts when work is sparse. As mentioned previously I've stayed as tight as possible with the contract manager who appears to very much like.

In a nutshell I do an exceptionally good job. I have never had any serious issues until this bitch came along. I'm holding my own right now and more and more people are opening up to me about this guys behavior. I don't know this guy from Adam but he is right out to get me...and the only connection I can place to it is her. I even tried to talk with him about why he's doing this and he acted like I was his cheating wife or a judge who jailed him. he is definiy a psychopath, have heard lots of nasty rumors about him including nasty divorces, cocaine etc...

What's baffling to me is a few things. What exactly about me makes me so easy to bully? What makes a psychopath or bully know that I'm a good target. No boundaries? How to you put up boundaries to a bully who is trying to bring u down. All I can fathom is to try to be equally evil? I've never been purposefully evil to set someone up or sabotage them. I don't even know how to do such a thing?

How do bullies learn their games? I know how they can have the ability to act them out and it's cause they have no empathy. But how do they come up with these game plans?

Finally how do they have the power to do such things? How do they have such influence? I actually had one of this guys buddies turn on me and hen later appogize saying he felt pressured to conform. Why are people so easily recruited into bullying?

This woman is no catch. I am far more attractive than her and far more fun loving and deep. Yet she can con a man into bullying me. How?

She was so good at playing all the men on the last contract, it was baffling to me how hey would jump to bring her coffee, run to her rescue. Does she screw them all? She self identifies as being " very permiscuis" and also admits to being a childhood bully saying she would steal people's lunch money, beat up kids etc.

Where do these people get their power? sex? intimidation? Does she screw hem and then threaten them to tell the wives or something? This girl is so dangerous and so is her sidekick. I know at some point she went AWOL for a year or so... Bitch was probably in jail or someone managed to bully her back but for whtever reason she layd low. Maybe she was in jail with her history of assault you just never know.

Anyway, I though I was free of her but apparently not.This guy of hers is now at it. What lesson am I supposed to be learning here?

What can I do short of playing the same games? And like I mentioned, I don't know how to beat someone at an evil game cause I've never done that shit.
