I just had to share a funny hoover attempt and response to NC by exN.

I got a text from him last week- "Hey. What's up? Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!!!!!."

Yes, there were really five exclaimation points at the end. Maybe he thought all that holiday cheer would smooth things over- make me forget that he had ended our last conversation (in which I had tried to calmly explain to him why, no, I did not want to be his whore) by telling me that I would never find a man to love me b/c I was just too crazy, and therefore, should be happy with his offer. Really??

So, I didn't respond to him- for the first time ever. He followed up with:

"Umm, okay. Nice talking to you too."

"Are you there."

And my favorite....

"You DO KNOW WHO THIS IS, right???"

Hahahah. B/c surely, if I knew it was him, I would have been jumping at the chance to catch the litle bone he was throwing me. Hahahha. It's a new day, my friend. And I got a little chuckle and a lotta satisfaction out of that. Then I blocked him. :-)
