He's contacting me and I don't know what to do or say

I've really tried to be good with having NC. I've unfriended him and his family on FB and have ignored a few texts also over the past few weeks. Unfortunately for me I still have the chance of running into him because we have friends in common and who all of course think that he is absolutely amazing but that it beside the point right now.

He recently contacted me asking to meet and discuss things. Things that weren't really of concern to him while we were dating but now of course since he's probably lacking NS pretends to be concerned with. I will most likely see him later on next week, I'm actually positive that I will. I'm just wondering what the best way to respond to these messages would be. I would normally just ignore him but for some reason feel like I need to let him know that meeting up is not a good idea and not something that I want to do.

Any suggestions please?

PS I've become very familiar with how N's are so please understand that I see through these messages and I am NOT falling for his schemes again. I only want to know the best way to respond since I still have to see him from time to time.
