This is a great book...I used to miss him but my aim is improving"........it's chocked full of great ideas if you still live with your NP...like filling the shampoo bottle full of Nair? It makes me sad mine is gone already.....Oh how delightful some of these poetic justices may have played out! If I knew then, what I know now, I would have at least been laughing when he left, and certainly not crying! This whole experience is still mind boggling...Since the break up of my marriage, I have reading lots of the Bible..and did you know? We are actually warned of these guys? Read Timothy Chapter 3 and see if it doesn't sound like your ex??????????

getting them back

the Nair in the shampoo sounds so great! wish i'd thought of that one. my narc brother once wanted something from me, and had sent me a birthday present, an expensive bottle of tequila you could at the time only buy in Mexico..dos reales (two realities, how appropriate). i made one little margarita with it..and tried to hide the bottle, but the drunken psycho had sniffed it out and had been in it. it was GOLD tequila. i had a dog who had diabetes and i was always having to check his urine. he was trained to pee in a cup. so i took him out, and had him pee in a cup. i then funneled it into the tequila bottle, watched and waited..sure enough he was drinking it! so i did it again. and he just kept on drinking it. now i wish i poured anti freeze in it instead.

Really good blog

I read every word.......... Wish I had a year ago! Live and learn I suppose...but no lesson has ever been this painful and damaging. I was the hopeless naieve optomist... but now, I'm changed. I was simple, but will now strive for prudence and wisdom in all. Thank you
