It's not respectful. It's

It's not respectful. It's not about knowing your weight though. It's about control. they all exercise control over you, just in different ways. Get rid of him. That'll be the only weight you need to lose.

Your comments are so unbelievably profound. I love this one: "Get rid of him. That'll be the only weight you need to lose."

Oh No!

Please, please, please tell us you're going to counselling to get away from this dangerous man! Small damage will soon turn into big damage and you need to be far, far away from him! I'm sure your dear grandmother would understand if the plate got broken and you got away!

My weight is my business

Hell, I won't even get on the scale at the doctor's office...I know how much I weigh. What a piece of work. I've never understood men who want to control your weight to the nth degree. Personally, I've always been a curvy girl and the men I've been with like me the way I am and have never given me any crap when my weight fluctuates...even the narc. However,I know of many men, narc or not, that keep close tabs on their significant others weight. To me that is completely unacceptable. If you have a problem with someone gaining weight, tell them, or frickin' leave. I have never understood why anyone has the right to tell me what I can do with my body. Women are just as bad. Many of us have been conditioned since little girls that our self worth is completely tied to our weight. I say "ENOUGH!" Be who you wanna be for you...not some control freak.
