so i had a rough day in narcville. jumped on the buss and am heading back out of town.

wrote a post...

got some HONEST feedback...changes need to be made...

went to see my BAT (thanks, Round for the nick name, I am going to piggyback this one)

and want I'd to hear what THREE things others did for THEIR RECOVERY AND WAKING UP PROCESS!!!!!
