I am trying to lose a few, so here goes.
Today I made for lunch on a small sized toasted low carb wrap:
chicken slices, sautéed chopped Brussels sprouts, onions, red peppers, mushrooms, rst red pep, celery, fresh rosemary, hot mustard.
Yummy and low cal/healthy.
