GEESH, WTF now????? another one of the most wonderful people here run off because of what??????? I am at a loss but I would like to freaking know. You know I am pretty free with the F word but the GD word I keep for emphasis on the stupidest things in the whole freaking world. When Mom says the GD word everybody stops dead in their tracks. And God dammit now. Better off has been here as long as I have I don't even know how long but she is one of us. And FY to whoever got their freaking panties in a roar over something they didn't want to hear. FY again. We all have bad days, sometimes we don't answer with the utmost diplomacy because we are struggling too. Grow the Fuck up whoever because this is a fucking hard road to repair from and make it back. I don't know what prompted this but I can imagine. Better off has always been there. Please, Betteroff do not leave like this. almostlydia

I'm sorry you felt compelled to post these feelings. How are you holding up? I think we all deserve respect. I know I plan to respect and support everyone who wants to recover, together. Who ever this post was meant for may not feel respected. I am just giving you a heads up that we are recovery and statements like this hurt. This is a topic I am working on as well. "Grow the Fuck up whoever"? I posted a quote from Tim Robbins, "when someone tells you to grow up, they are really saying don't." No offense to you Almostlydia as I enjoy your posts (comfy couch by the fire) :) but this one was a little crazy. I may be assuming and if I am, please let me know. I am reading a lot about typed communication and I find this (as well as some of my comments) can be really hurtful. even if we are talking about imaginary people . We can;t hurt people who want to recover. I would like to point out I cuss like a sailor when I am kidding and I also do a lot of "third person typing as well as general "names, titles, and examples. People who are recovering are sensitive qt times. I hope we all can learn and help each other instead of "FY to hoever got their freaking panties in a roar over something they didn't want to hear." Who can recover from that point of speaking? I am not upset at all or taking this personal. I wanted to address this as hurting recovery speech. I'm speaking my mind and boy is that dangerous. I am simply trying to understand your post. If you wish to clarify. Thanks Almostlydia.

I am going to do everything I can to keep Betteroff here. She has been an integral member of this board since Day 1. I have been trying to get her to agree to be a Moderator for months now. For those of you wondering what happened, please refer to the thread: "Should you blame the other girl" I am only pointing this out to you so you understand what's going on. There should be no further debate on this topic as it is pointless and should never be brought up again. Thank you for your cooperation.

Get her to come to her senses, if that doesn't work, kidnap her and tie her to one of your computer chairs (very securely, I think she may put up a bit of a struggle). We need you here with us Better Off :(
