Bugs Me

I have been NC for over a year and doing so much better. A tiny step backyards for me last night when someone mentioned to me they saw xN and his NW downtown. He was parading her around and they were holding hands. Suspect he knows the news will get back to me . . . The person was not trying to hurt me or anything -- in fact, he does not like the xN. I know I should have just changed the subject, but I was curious and asked some questions. That makes me kind of mad at myself. . . it should not matter at this point.

I just came hear to vent, because my friends and family would not even get why I give him a second thought after this long.

Don't want him back or anything, but it kind of makes me angry -- and I don't want it to . . . just still bugs me that the N moves on like nothing happened while I am still healing a year latter. Wish I would never have met him.

Going to get moving, though and try to not dwell on it.
