codependency

This is my second post so far. It's been a rough week. I still haven't gone no contact but I feel like my head is clearing and I am starting to see the big picture. Have been researching codepencey. I think I am codependent. l fit the bill almost to a tee. Does anyone else have these issues? If so, how did you work on reversing these behaviors?
