He contacted me ugh

Just as I thought I was getting somewhat better and making plans to write my goodbye letter he contacts me. He sent me a message through fb. Why? Wtf is going on? He wanted to apologize for what he did n realizes that we will never work and he's over that and wishes the best for me and my kids and to tell me he's in another state n I don't have to worry about him bothering me but he just wanted to thank me for keeping his fam in his child's life and wanted to know if I could send him pics of our child.

WTF is going on? What should I do and why did he even bring up the fact that me n him would have never worked and he's over that now? I'm so angry right now. Plus he didn't even ask if our child needed anything or if she was okay he just said can you e-mail me some pics of her cuz I miss her. He has the audacity to contact me like I should be so quick to forgive just because he said I'm sorry. What should I do? Honestly I want to respond and tell him how I feel like I'm not doing you a favor by letting our child spend time with his fam which is our child's fam too. This caught me completely off guard smh.
