He popped up again

I took the kids to our local carnival today. It's quite a big annual event and we really look forward to it. I had a lovely time with the boys , playing on the games and tombolas and I was heading to the tea tent for a cuppa and there he was.He never goes there and probably knew I would be there Walking with ow and an older woman and I saw him before he saw me so I just turned my head the other way and walked away. My friend said he saw me and was watching me. I felt nothing at all. Last weekend when I saw him at the charity event, I felt sick and came home and cried but today I just went and sat with my friends on our picnic blanket, enjoyed the music and felt nothing.
I could see him across the field and he couldn't see me and I looked at him and thought, god you are nothing, you are small and going bald and you are nothing. I can't actually believe that he is the man that made me feel so horrific for so long. I actually felt nothing.
I have come home because I really didn't want my children to be near him or see him as they wandered around.
I looked good, my friends were all round me and I feel that today I have seen that freak for what he is,my illusion has gone Stood in his designer gear trying to look cool, he didn't, he looked like a sad old man trying too hard.
