Hospital

Hello all-

I just wanted to check in and let everyone know what was going on with me. I feel like you're all my friends here, and I need some support. I have been so down and depressed, and I started to feel suicidal. I went to my therapist this morning, and she suggested I go to the hospital and they would evaluate me. So I'm here now, and they are going to admit me. I feel ashamed that I have gotten to this point. I don't feel like a very strong person at all. I know I'll be ok. It just doesn't feel like it right now...
