I had one on one with goldie today

I had one on one with Goldie today, and it was very helpful. The rest is up to me to do the work I know. No matter how hard it is. This guy is truly sick and disordered. Everyone tells me I deserve better and if I ever go back to him the abuse will only get worse. The only thing that I'm struggling with mostly is No Contact, but eventually ill get there. Today and even before one of his friends messaged me saying "heyy whatsup?". So I'm trying to ignore it because they are connected with the narc. So I ignored it. Why are they using their friends to contact me? Wtf. I bet he even comes in my area where I live without me knowing to hang with his buddies, so all this time if he truly loved me he should have said "heyy I'm in the area let's get together" but no. I have been falling for his hoovers big time, that needs to stop. Ever since last year he's done that twice - appearing on and off when he feels like it. There is a pattern with him every 3 or 4 mths lol. Both times throughout the year.I thought he was actually going to take me back but was playing games.

Eww he thinks he can get any girl he wants,any time. His family history is troubled. He has road rage and now he doesn't have a car.

Anyways, I am looking forward to start doing the support group next week. Very thankful for this website and the ladies on here who are truly helping me heal.
