I hate the constant reminders

I have days where I am fine, then I will see something that reminds me of him then dam hes in my head and I cant get him out. It could be something simple and stupid like a car that looks like his drive by, or an army advertisement, or someone running outside ( jerk was a marathon runner) or a song that he liked on the radio, it drives me nuts!I hate having him in my head
