More about e-spying, keylogging, etc...

In another thread a few days ago, the subject of being spied on through email and text came up.
Sadly, I found out the hard way that this is possible and relatively easy. Someone mentioned that if the Cluster B has access to your computer, he can install a keylogger. Well, they don't need physical access to your computer. In my case, I didn't have a firewall, or any good protection, so I got his spyware from opening a file he sent me.
The spyware can take screenshots as well as log every single keystroke you make.
In my case, he was privy to every thought I had since I wrote my journal on my computer. I thought it was totally safe. My computer never left the house and I even had a password. Nope. Not safe. Everything I did on the computer was emailed to him.

Your cell phone can be spied on easily as well. They just send you a picture to open and if you text back, then they have access. This is really scary because they can read your texts, listen to your calls, and EVEN HEAR EVERYTHING AROUND YOU WHEN YOUR PHONE IS TURNED OFF. Not to mention, GPS.

I never knew any of this was possible, but the uncanny coincidences just kept adding up until it just became obvious that something VERY fishy was going on. It still makes me sick to think about, so I try not to.

You can reformat your phone, but then you lose everything on it. You can have spyware professionally removed from your computer, but there's no guarantee that it will remove it. All the ways to be rid of it are a pain in the butt and I'm still working on solving it all.

I just want people to be aware. Cluster Bs are major boundary invaders. This is one of the ways that the deeply disturbed victimize.

My Narc was used to be a corporate IT guy. While I dont think he is that interested in spying on me, It does give me the creeps that he could do this or may have done this to me already. Yikes!

Wouldn't your anti-virus

Wouldn't your anti-virus software catch this though? Doesn't Norton, for instance, also look for invaders and spyware?

Whoa! Heavy alert!

Can I just say I'm a highly trained software engineer, and that kind of kit you're talking about is not something you can just drop on someone else's computer without some serious technical expertise. Your average narc, with average knowledge of computers and phones, is not likely to know this stuff - so be aware, but don't panic! Stuff like Comodo Firewall is free, and although it nags you initially when figuring out what programs you want to allow to access the internet, it can then protect your computer from someone hacking into it to a pretty high degree: http://personalfirewall.comodo.com/

I believe you, and believe that a psycho Narc would do something like this. This sounds way illegal.. I would contact the police??

Illegal

Yes, it is illegal. The Police would confiscate your computer and could possibly find out who had done it...possibly.
