my ability to see through people

I've read that narcs are able to "see through people". I'm questioning my ability to see through people as well...I think this is why my boss hates me (shes a narc). I see her for what she is while everyone else believes she does what she does for the benefit of the community.

She is a bully but is very cunning about it.
