ST is his fav. He always use this tool to punish me when he cannot win an arguement.
Always end up i panic n apologise for anything just to mk peace.
The last one i continued his ST with NC for 30 days ( the longest we dont talk is just 4 days). But well i spoil it by breaking contact at day 30. I started NC again today is day 2.
yes both my exns like to fight,they call it having passion, and i used to fight back at first with exnh, then one day i said [as he was ranting about some misdememour] i am not going to argue with you anymore more, he looked at me and said..you dont love me anymore,the passion has gone..it certainly had ,he was right i didnt love him anymore..
narc 2, is screaming and ranting all the time, i used to do it back,and then i couldnt be bothered any more...what i found with my n,s was they wanted a women with spirit[me], then procceded to try and break my spirt...they didnt manage it..lol,and i wont ever give anyone that power over me again...
I always get the "I am not going to have this conversion with you right now." right after he starts his shit or "encourages" me to talk about what's on my mind.
Took me a while not to fall for that one anymore.
I am soooooooo much smarter than this.
