Narcs tools, what's next?

According to this, narcs use five different tools in exactly this order:
1. Gifts
2. Affection
3. Withdrawal
4. Threats
5. Violence

Going back to 4.: "These threats are of the kind: You are a liar. You said you loved me but now you obviously don't..." Three weeks ago xnarc sent me an email telling me exactly that!!! I ignored it, but now I'm terrified he will go on to tool#5: VIOLENCE. Do they really use all of these tools in exactly that order??? I'd like to hear your own experiences please.

He also said two things that made me worry:
- he said he was moving to another place, he didn't say where, but I'm afraid it could be near where I live. We live in different continents though! So I thought I was safe, but I would not be surprised if he would come for a few days just to make my life miserable.

- he said that after next Friday he would no longer be online on messenger. What does that mean? Is he going to jail or what? is he going to commit suicide? Is he planing to do something bad to me???

Again, do they really use all of these tools in exactly that order??? I'd like to hear your own experiences please. I've experienced all of the other tools from 1 to 4. I'm afraid of what's next.
