Need Some Advice

Back when, I assigned my Narc both Power of Attorney and Executor of my estate when I wrote my Will, Health care proxy etc.. I also wrote him into that Will. I am in process of changing my Will so that he inherits NOTHING!! We are not married or related in an legal sense what so ever. However, we're not to have contact. My problem is that in my state I must send him notice of revocation of Power of Attorney; I'm not yet sure I have to send notice of revoking Executor. There are legal forms to sign, have witnessed (not by him) so this will be as impersonal as possible.
What to do? It seems that in this instance the revoking legal matters take precedence over no contact. The form will be sent certified return receipt. My guess is that he will be relieved to be rid of the responsibility since he's on the the next food source. I do not anticipate that he will contact me other than send back the signed cert return receipt.
