New &Crawling in my skin

Hi Everyone I'm a new- bee, lol I'm determined to adhere to NC , today is my 6th day:)
I'm crawling in my skin, I can not stand my NPD! I haven't shared my story because I don't have a computer and using my phone takes so long:(

Heading to the gym- need to release some stress.
