Not this time!!!

Hello Friends!

Last February, I had two minor slip ups:

1) I sent him a message but was able to recall it.
2) I replied to an e-mail he sent.

Today, I got a reply to my reply via work e-mail. I deleted it. Surprisingly, it did not make me spin in a way such as, should I repky back? Or, what is he thinking nor did I disect every word or ketter. Did it make me sad? Yes. I actually cried my eyes out when I got home. It made me sad because a part of me still has affection for the man that I thought he was but I know, this time I will no longer respond. No, I did not get that high or sense of validation that he hoovered like the feelings I had on his previous hoovers. This time, no matter how sad I felt, I choose to remain NC and refused to dole up any more NS.

I hope that day will finally come when I've truly released him from my heart and mind, but that day won't come as long as I continue to participate in that dance!
