I broke down today, after it being exactly one year to date. I know I need to be strong...but today wasn't a good day. Just kept reflecting on everything...I have my therapy session on Friday afternoon...I haven't been since Martin Luther King holiday because my counselor was going out of town. The picture she had up was really really old...and after I saw it, it really hit me that she has been in the picture for quite sometime, maybe even a lot longer than I thought...
