REJECTING HIM--HOLY SH*T...Please help!

On February 17th, I cut off all contact. Yes, hard, but as each day went by, it got easier. We are at a month now.

He pummeled my emails, texts, voicemails, etc...and I ignored them all. I changed my phone. Couldnt change my email, but for legal reasons I didnt block him on my email. It is what that is....again, I cannot. However, I move them to another box.

This being said, he contacted me SOLID for 2.5 weeks, then got the picture and stopped for one week until last night.

HOLY SH*T this email was MEAN...I mean MEAN....what a fat girl I was, blah, blah, and how his new girl is better in bed....blah blah. What the heck was his demented purpose in sending it?

#1 - I read it, my bad.
#2 - Rejection is making him ALL over the place. I love you, I cant live with you, I am dating again, she is moving in, she is awesome and I want to thank you for leaving me.

I mean, in my opinion....he is HUNG up on me and if he was so happy with this new girl, why the heck is he doing this.

My counselor said this...

"Seems like just another round of his ongoing theme of: If you don't affirm me, I will attempt to crucify you. While pretending to thank you, I'll call you fat and bad in bed.

If you needed some more confirmation that he's horribly dangerous for you or any woman, you got it.

I'm sorry it's so hateful. Please know that your life will be much better as you move away from this type of cruelty, even if it was mixed in with many intoxicating times."
