Surrounded by Narcissists

Does anyone else seem to have the issue of being a target to other narcissists long after leaving the ex and having no contact? It's like they are coming out of the woodworks. And of course my radar is on high frequency. Anyone that does anything that resembles the emotional rape my ex did to me raises very high suspicions for me. I feel like I'm in a zombie movie and once they sense I'm not a zombie like them, I become a moving target. Lol. These are random people that I have no relationship with but must see on a weekly basis....elementary school staff, neighbors, outreach agency staff...mostly men, a couple women. What is going on and how to not be a target with a big red bullseye?
