surrounded by NARCS

From my N mother I grew up with who raged every single day; criticized and was an emotional trainwreck, leaving me with chronic fatigue sydrome.

then ex N bf - still on & off, who i can't seem to shake. for months now, i've read this site, i go back to him stop going on the site, get miserable again, come back to the site. exhausting.

to the N boss - who belittles on a daily basis, then when you put in your resignation tells you how awesome you are, and offers to match your pay AND give you a raise in a few months! selling your soul to the devil really, for a paycheck.. all so you won't leave him.

I have become so bitter & untrusting of the outside world, people can't even relate to me anymore. i wish 'normal' people could experience a SMIDGEN of what I have had to deal with.. they would be bitter & cynical, too. I hope to God there are still good people left in the world.. then I read about the Penn State scandal - morals have gone right out the window for EVERYONE!!!! it's sickening
