Time to watch waiting to exhale in honor of another amazing woman in a Psyco marriage whitney houston x

....to think of what this woman has endured. So thankful for this site, Lisa and the mods , for their humility to share their stories to help woman to come out of these abusive situations. Such a wonderful talent, wasted. She didn't love herself, she never saw what a wonderful woman she was. It's one thing to say we love ourselves, but it takes hard work to fill in the cracks of our lives with love. I too, wish like some others have posted, that she would have found this site. Again, I thank you girls, when I first left the narc, suidical thoughts ran through my head. I stayed on this forum, day and night, just reading the posts. This community helped me through, help me believe that a great life is ahead of me. I wish Whitney, had people who were honest with, like our dear mods, (I love your honesty, and need it in my life.) it might have set her free.

When I read about her death this morning, the first thing I thought of was there was no doubt Whitney was married to an abusive narcissist. I am so sad that she was so worn down and could not overcome. I don't know what the cause of death was, but in my eyes, her abusive situation played a huge part. I hope this will motivate everyone on this sight to not only overcome, but to THRIVE and be a shining light for others on our path to recovery. How I wish Whitney would have come across this sight. I believe it could have helped her in so many ways. I do believe in spite of her death, we all have an angel in heaven who knows what happened to her and will be an advocate for all of us to overcome the abuse we have endured.

I was sorry to hear of Whitney's passing. She was way too young, I guess I thought she would get stronger and bounce back even higher. This woman had it all, talent, fame, adoration, and still there were clearly huge things she was lacking. I really don't know how their marriage went down or who was worse, but he certainly wasn't a good partner for her. I love Waiting to Exhale! Too bad her character's strength didn't transfer over into her real life.
