Will this ever pass?

I'm 18 months out and still struggling.

My lupus (self-immune disease) reappeared after 4 years in my 3rd round, when I found out that he was cheating on me. And it seems that it is here to stay.

I carry on with my life, work, girls. But I feel really sad and depleted.

He, of course, is happy and with a wonderful NS, who I pity, because she doesn't deserve what she will face in the future.

Just venting, it just seems a dead-end.
