Wish I had certainty

of what his next step will be. I do know what to do; should I just live my life?? What if he catches me offguard?? Should I be prepared? What if he never comes??
It's probably more pleasant living your life than preparing for something you don't even know is coming, but I am really afraid of enabling a connection with him.
I'm much better than a month ago, but I don't want to risk loosing myself in any way. Help!!

What if I get struck by lightening ? Most days it's Sunny, no need to worry.. When I see a threat of black cloud I take cover. Every now and then a storm does appear out of know where ..for those occurrences I keep an umbrella in my car.. Moral.. Always be prepared .. Hunter

Nice analogy!!

It's true, even if it's more likely to get hoovered than struck by lightening, it is like waiting for lightening to strike... I'll keep my umbrella with me then. Thanks girls!!

My thoughts would be to

make a plan think of the scenerios and what you would do then let it go. Otherwise if you are in wait mode, its like you are still living for him.

It's good to be prepared. My experience has been that even if you are prepared for the next contact, until it happens you really don't know how you will react instinctually once you get that 'hit' of seeing him again. Done Sourcing started a thread on having a plan for future contact a couple weeks ago that you would probably find very helpful. You can search for it.
