After someone mentioned this book I read it and I am floored at how helpful it is and how much it helped me understand what the hell was going on. I am suprised its not mentioned more often.

I want to say that I would like to encourage others to buy Lisas book first, after all if it were not for this site I would not be this far in my healing and there would not be a forum to post this book.
But definitly put this one on your to read list also.....
