If you woke up one morning to a house full of cockroaches, you would call an exterminator, right? Well, call the exterminator on this cockroach and get on with the wonderful gift of life that was given to you!

It's hard, this I know..............but it can be done. You and Only you have the power to do so. There is a whole world out there to experience my friends, we are going to let one disorder individual cripple us, and keep us from experiencing it? I say HE'LL NO!

It is about taking back your life

You are absolutely right! I think it was Teddy Rosevelt, or someone who said "no one can make you feel bad without your permission". End their control over you now. Now that you know that they are nothing back an act, a farce, a sham, lying and cheating fools, why would you ever want to be tangled up with them ever again. Take back your life, reconnect with the good. And for Goodness sake protect yourself from their evil!!!

I pray for myself to come out of this ruin and learn my lesson. I pray for all the woman my exN has used and hurted. I pray for my exN as well tho I know he wont be cured.

Sea, I couldn't have said it better. The N's leave a trail of "broken" souls in their wake. I just know that my ex is out there bs-ing his way into more women's minds.....and beds. I am at 5 weeks NC and I still wake up each morning thinking about this joker. It gets a little better everyday. The memories of the chaos he created is getting smaller in my life. I will never forget the emotional damage but I am off the crazy train and in repair mode. One day at a time.
