ITS A SHAME THIS HAPPENED.... Now is time to DO NC AND STAY NC.... I dont believe the message was from his mother either.... No N arc stays without a phone for AN HOUR , let alone a week....I know it was his mums number, but that means he has her phone.... I am sorry you are suffering today, and how you are feeling, but ness take this as another WAKE CALL TO WHO HE IS, AND ALWAYS WILL BE.... It will pass, just stay here with friends...xx

Thank you for your thoughts! I am pretty sure it was his mom--she lives in another state. Strangely enough, my N haaates the phone! He hates texting, and talking on the phone. He is the type that leaves his phone at home all day and does not even miss it!

this will be a rough and painful time for you

but last night could have gone worse. at least you got to see him with his mask on and then off in a short space of time (attention, charm moving to hostility & devaluation). I would stay close to this site...read a lot about npd and abusive tactics. In time you will see that you are better off without him and his attractiveness will wither... but it will be a rough journey...just give yourself a break...
